Emanuele Pizzatti

Managing Partner, Switzerland
With a background in PE investments, Emanuele has primarily operated in the venturing industry and collaborated with M&A advisory boutiques. Over the last decade, he has assisted diverse investors in portfolio selection, aided corporates in technology acquisitions, facilitated market expansion for companies, and orchestrated venture projects to secure additional private capital. Emanuele’s exposure spans impact businesses across Asia, Africa, North America, and Europe. Notably, he recently played a pivotal role in conceptualizing and executing a EUR 100 million investment pipeline dedicated to impact and circular economy initiatives aligned with the UN 2030 Agenda for sustainable goals. His extensive corporate venturing background has cultivated a wide-reaching network of co-investors and corporate partners. Emanuele also imparts his knowledge as a lecturer in the entrepreneurship courses at SUPSI (Higher Education Institute of Southern Switzerland), and for six years, he has delivered coaching services in Swiss acceleration programs and at the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT).

Previous Director of Operations at Long Duration Energy Storage Council, and former Digitalization Manager & Sustainability leader for Global Operations at Skytanking.

Henrique Schneider

Henrique Schneider is an economist with extensive experience in allocating funds and making investment decisions. For example, he served as a board member of the Swiss first pillar liquidity fund, compenswiss, and the Substitute Occupational Benefit Institution LOB. In both, he also served as member of the investment committee having chaired LOB´s committee 2021-2023. Henrique was the chairman of the LOB Guarantee Fund. In this position, he also chaired its investment committee.
As former negotiator to UN climate summits, including the Paris Agreement, and as a member of the Advisory Body to the Climate Technology Center and Network, Henrique knows sustainability-investing firsthand. He continues active in the EU and international climate and sustainability space in consulting positions.
Finally, Henrique has also experience in private markets, especially as angel investor.

Eric Appourchaux brings over 15 years of experience in Investment Management, particularly in Private Equity, Growth Equity, and Early-Stage deal sourcing. From sourcing to structuring, investment, strategy execution, and eventual exit, Eric’s leadership has been principal at both board and executive levels. At Niton Capital, key growth equity opportunities were realized under his direction including a Biofuels PE fund based in Luxembourg and an oil&gas infranstructure PE fund in Colombia.
His tenure with Biomax, sourced for the Niton’s PE Fund, stands out as a testament to his strategic acumen. Under his guidance, the company grew from 3.5 times in retail stations, witnessing a fourfold increase in EBITDA within two years. Eric managed 1’300 km of gas stations. The value of the company increased by over 5.4 times in four years, culminating in a successful sale to strategic investors. Additionally, his roles at PARKACTIVE, Procreate Fertility Center of Virginia, and Telomerix Stem Cell Biobank underline his adaptability and expertise across diverse investment landscapes.

He is a senior investment and transaction professional with over 15 years of experience in investment management, transaction advisory, and business development. He has developed large real estate deals and the structuring of investment portfolios in excess of 100MEur. His extensive network of investors reaches both the real estate sector, to aviation and specific venture capital investments.
